Whether you are a new or existing Client, my aim is to make all my clients stay with me whenever they need Mortgage help. With Remortgages it’ no different. My role as a Mortgage Broker is to try and save you thousands of pounds by finding you a better rate of interest with another Provider. I will take control of the procedure and manage the lenders to make it as stress free as possible for you.
I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of Remortgaging your current Mortgage balance or borrowing more or even less. As part of my independent advice process, it may be that staying with your current Lender is the right plan of action. I will recommend this if necessary and manage the transition on to your new rate.
Other reasons clients choose Remortgages. The most common reason is usually to move to a cheaper interest rate once a deal has come to an end, however you can remortgage for home improvements, to build an extension, to pay off debts or even to buy another house if you have enough equity in your current home.
I will always keep in touch when your current deal is coming to an end and discuss with you any new deals in the market to make sure you are making the right decision with your Mortgage. My aim is to safeguard that you have a competitive rate’ at the end of any current deal that you have.
Wherever possible I always endeavour to find Free legals and a free Valuation when I am Remortgaging my clients. That way, no money is coming out of your own pocket.
